Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman

This hotel, I think, exceeded our expecation. Our room was very large - double queen beds, and all the in-room faciities you would want, The Microtel is just the other side of the highway from most of the hotels etc, so it was quieter. Breakfast was fine. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room clean, great shower

I would say Microtel is the best value in Bozeman, clean, quiet, convenient to I90 if traveling. Hotels in town jack prices way up on weekends especially downtown. Microtel keeps price reasonable especially for clean, quiet, safe accommodations. Have stayed here multiple times.

Below is a copy of things I sent to hotel management, and it never got addressed.. This Hotel is a total joke…. I can’t believe this is all you can say.. I still have not been contacted by the hotel manager as you stated I would. We just got back from a long trip… Again, our room keys would not work.. Five days in a row now our room keys have not worked after 12 noon... • No I do not keep them around a phone.. The problem is here at the hotel. • I have had three different hotel clerks tell me I am not the only one complaining about hotel keys not working. • I was also told this has been a problem for a long time. I have been here five days now, and NO ONE has serviced or cleaned my room yet. I keep going down to get towels, and place my trash out in the hallway. • NO, I have not left the do not disturb sign on the door. Your desk clerk Robyn will verify this, as she came to the room to let me in tonight when the keys would not work.. She has helped me the last couple nights get into my room.. She is very nice. During the middle of the night last night, our toilet backed up. I tried calling the front desk several times, but got no answer. Finally I went down and complained around 7:30AM this morning. I have also told you the shower rod on the wall is falling off several days ago.. So far no one has fixed it. The internet has been horrible every night.. You pretty much agreed below.. When I made my reservation, I called ahead and asked if you had good internet service, as my son needed it for his college work. I was told you did.. Pretty misleading.. I have complained about the OJ machine twice. It is labeled OJ, but it is not OJ in it. It is a Guava drink. People are allergic to Guava including my son. Good thing for him, I caught it before he drank it.. I wonder what the local Health Dept would have to say about this?? When I checked in, I told the clerk, I needed a handicap room, and on the same floor as the entrance.. Well neither happened.. I am disabled, and my son is special needs. I have also been told by Wyndham, I will not receive reward points for this stay after I was told I would.
